48 load cells(resistor bridges) must synchronously monitoring at high frequency 10 kHz. Software must calculating frequency of periodic signal that receiving from one of them. The goal of software is to stabilize the required frequency of mechanical impact through frequency converter. The main difficulty is to provide realtime acquisition and processing data. Estimated data flow speed is about 50 Mbit/s. Finally, stand had been builded with Bechoff hardware: EtherCAT bus coupler EK1100 and high-speed analog input modules EL3356 series. We had developed software using QT. We had had a doubt the realtime capabilities any well-known SCADA. Thats why we had choosen QT as develop's platform.
